Return Timeframe
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14-days, no returns will be accepted.
Return Options:
We do not offer refunds. Customer can choose to exchange the product or receive a store credit note for further use. This credit can be used for the next purchase in a time frame of 6 months. Cash refunds will only be offer if the reason for the return is due to manufacturing issues. After the garment or artwork is sent to us, the garment or artwork will undergo an inspection and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right not to accept a return if it is not in the same condition as it was, when it was delivered.

Calle Z Plaza Boulevard Mares. Local L-31. Santiago de los Caballeros. República Dominicana. Magentta does not cover the transportation costs for return pick up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
